Hello! My name is Eleonora. I have been teaching foreign languages for 20 years. My native language is Russian. I also speak English, French, and a bit of German. Recently, I started learning Italian and Japanese.
I have a master's degree in linguistics and a master's degree in business administration. I am a master in the field of education. Currently, I am pursuing my fourth degree – I am a doctoral student.
I really love my job and am happy to share my knowledge with my students. In my free time, I read a lot, travel, draw, professionally engage in photography, sew, cook, and adore working in my garden. I enjoy creating educational materials for my students. I have already published 25 textbooks for those learning the Russian language.

Добрый день! Меня зовут Элеонора. Я преподаю иностранные языки уже 20 лет. Мой родной язык - русский. Я также говорю на английском, французском и немного на немецком. Недавно я начала изучать итальянский и японский языки.
Я окончила магистратуру по лингвистике и получила степень магистра по бизнес администрированию. Я магистр в сфере образования. Сейчас я получаю четвёртое образование - учусь в докторантуре.
Я очень люблю свою работу и рада делиться своими знаниями со своими учениками. В свободное время я много читаю, путешествую, рисую, профессионально занимаюсь фотографией, шью, готовлю и обожаю заниматься своим садом. Мне нравится разрабатывать учебные материалы для своих учеников. Я опубликовала 25 учебных пособий для изучающих русский язык.

Advanced Russian Course
"Decoding Russian Mentality"
This eight-week advanced course is designed to strengthen students’ ability to interpret authentic Russian texts and cultural references at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) levels 2+ to 3+.
Listening and reading comprehension at an advanced level, cultural and literary analysis, quoting and interpreting texts from films and poetry.
Students will learn to:
• analyze and interpret cultural references
• read between the lines and recognize hidden meanings
• understand idioms and figurative speech
• quote from poetry and films
Schedule Options:
Monday 6–9 PM (one 15 min break)
Saturday 8–11 AM (one 15 min break)
Tue/Thu 5–6.30 PM (no break)
Start Date: First week of November 2025
No classes during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks
Tuition: $750 (8 weeks, 3-hour classes)

Beginner Russian Course
This six-month course is designed for absolute beginners and will take you from learning the alphabet to having real conversations in Russian. Step by step, you’ll build a strong foundation in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Competencies:
Cyrillic alphabet and pronunciation
Basic grammar and sentence structure
Everyday vocabulary and useful expressions
Speaking practice for real-life situations
Listening comprehension of simple dialogues
Cultural notes for better understanding of Russian life
Students will learn to:
• read and write in Cyrillic
• introduce themselves and ask simple questions
• talk about family, work, hobbies, and daily routines
• order food, shop, and travel in Russian
• hold basic conversations with confidence
Schedule:
Wednesday & Saturday, 5:00–7:00 PM
Start date: November 5, 2025
Duration: 6 months (48 classes, 2 hours each)
